Frequently Asked Question’s

  • Your real estate photos are delivered within 1-2 business days. Any add-on real estate photography packages requested such as twilight shoots or return visits can lengthen the turnaround time.

  • Depending on the size of the property, it can take 1-2 hours. Additional time maybe required to prep the home, such as turning on lights and pulling up blinds. Any add-on real estate photography packages requested such as twilight shoots or return visits can lengthen the session time.

  • A checklist will be provided to you upon booking, which will allow you to best represent the home to prospective buyers or renters.

  • Photos will be delivered via dropbox URL with web and print size files. Images will be accessible for 1 year upon delivery.

  • When you hire Photography by Keely, you receive a license to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property. This typically includes listing the property online, creating brochures, and other marketing materials. However, the copyright of the images remains with the photographer. If you need broader usage rights or want to use the images for different purposes, please let me know, and we can discuss additional licensing options.

  • Light staging will be performed, such as turning on the lights, pulling back the blinds, stowing away plungers and trash bins, as well as straightening out bedding and pillows. Please refer the the checklist that is sent upon booking to best prepare your home.

  • Travel fee will be applied for inquiries outside of the Treasure Valley. This includes Sun Valley, McCall, and Mountain Home. The real estate photography packages above do not include the travel fee.

  • I photograph rain or shine. If I'm unable to photograph exteriors of the home during the session, I will coordinate with you on a future date to return to the property.

  • Life happens. I completely understand!

    If for any reason you need to cancel the real estate photo shoot, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied outside 24 hours of the scheduled shoot date. A $150 cancellation will be applied within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot date. This includes no shows, inability to access the property, or if the home is not ready to shoot.

    Please notify me right away if you need to either reschedule or cancel the photo shoot.

  • Upon booking, i will send you a comprehensive checklist that you can refer to. This will outline what is required to prepare and stage the home to best represent the features and amenities in the photos.
